Booking and confirmation

When services are actually ordered by an Agency or a Direct Customer, the reservation department of LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES will confirm the said-services by writing (letter or e-mail) within 24 hours (working days).
These services will automatically be considered as accepted and confirmed by the Agency or the Direct Customer.
Each of the sales conditions below will apply straight away.

Otherwise, the booking department of LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES will make an alternative offer, along with specific price conditions, should they be different from those of the initial request.
The Agency or the Direct Customer will then be given 3 working days to accept or deny the alternative offer. Without rejection by the Agency or the Direct Customer, after this 3-day period, the alternative offer will automatically be considered as accepted.
Each of the sales conditions below will apply straight away.

Booking fees

The prices published for services at LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES include our management costs. No additional fee may be claimed, neither before arrival, nor on site, unless it has specifically been addressed at the time of confirmation or alternative offer, and only for eventual additional or optional services.

Payment conditions

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the value of the ordered services will systematically be required at time of confirmation and should reach us within 7 days. If this payment does not reach us within this timeframe, the file will automatically be considered as cancelled and LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES will be entitled to claim, from the Agency or the Direct Customer, the cancellation fees stated in the paragraph “Cancellation” below (written letter or e-mail exchanges prevailing).
  • The balance will be payable at the latest, on site, before the customers’ departure.

The following means of payment are accepted

  • Bank wire
  • Cash (Dirhams or Euros)
  • Cheques, if issued on Moroccan banks

Amendment

In case of an amendment (date, time,…), occurring after the confirmation and at the Agency or Direct Customer’s request, the booking department of LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES will do its utmost to satisfy the request as quickly as possible. This new organization may justify a rate increase of which the Agency or the Direct Customer will be informed at once. In case of rejection of these new conditions or if the amendments(s) cannot be satisfied and that, consequently, the initial request is cancelled, we shall apply cancellation fees as stated in paragraph « Cancellations » below (written letter or e-mail exchanges prevailing).

Cancellation

For any cancellation of regular services or additional/optional services (with or without intervention of outside providers), unless differently specified at time of the confirmation:
- More than 15 days prior the first services: no fee
- From 15 to 8 days prior the first service: Payment of fees equal to 50% of the invoice total amount
- From 7 to 0 days prior the first service: Payment of fees equal to 100% of the invoice total amount


Firm orders from an Agency or a Direct Customer involve acceptance of the present General Sales Conditions’ terms and/or specific conditions eventually provided with our offers.

From a general point of view, you will note that LODGE CAMP TERRE DES ETOILES complies with the Moroccan Kingdom’s laws, particularly concerning matters of consumers’ right and defense. Any litigation shall be subject to Moroccan law and shall be brought before the Marrakech courts, whose sole jurisdiction shall be accepted by the plaintiffs.
